Structured Programmes That Drive Behaviour Change and Positive Outcomes
At Aspire2Change, our programmes and workshops are designed to support young people who are at risk of exclusion, involvement in offending, or struggling with emotional and behavioural challenges. Our delivery is rooted in lived experience, giving us the ability to engage young people in a way that is authentic, relatable and impactful. We combine structured content with real-life insight to create sessions that not only educate, but challenge thinking, build awareness and support long-term behavioural change.
Our Programme Offer:
Behaviour Change and Intervention Programmes
Our structured interventions help young people understand behaviour, recognise triggers and make positive choices. Sessions focus on emotional regulation, decision making, accountability and personal responsibility. Delivery can be provided in short-term or long-term formats depending on need.
Youth Justice and Prevention Programmes
We work alongside Youth Justice Services with targeted programmes focused on the consequences of crime, victim awareness, county lines, exploitation and peer pressure. The aim is to reduce reoffending, improve awareness and support safer pathways.
School and PRU Workshops
We support schools and PRUs through assemblies, group interventions and targeted support covering behaviour, emotional awareness, confidence and conflict management.
Awareness and Prevention Workshops
Topic-led workshops include county lines, knife crime, social media influence and decision making. Sessions are practical, direct and designed to challenge thinking while building awareness.
Personal Development Workshops
Development-focused sessions cover knowing your worth, resilience, goal setting and building a positive mindset. These workshops support confidence, motivation and future direction.
