Trusted, Purpose-Driven Youth Support
About A2C
Aspire2Change combines lived experience with professional youth work to deliver practical support that young people can relate to, trust and apply in their daily lives.
Co-Founders
At Aspire2Change (A2C), we believe the people best placed to support young people are those who understand the realities they are facing not just in theory, but through lived and frontline experience.
Aspire2Change was co-founded by Chris Baker, whose journey through crime, trauma, prison and personal transformation underpins our message of accountability and change, and Ashley Howard, a youth work leader with years of experience supporting young people through mentoring, safeguarding and frontline delivery.
Together, we turn lived experience and professional practice into meaningful, practical support for young people who need it most.
