Mentoring
Targeted Mentoring That Builds Trust, Accountability and Lasting Change
At Aspire2Change, mentoring is at the core of our approach. We provide consistent, structured mentoring for young people who require positive role models, guidance and support to navigate challenges in their lives. Our mentoring is built on lived experience, allowing us to connect with young people in a way that is authentic, credible and impactful. We don’t just support young people — we challenge, guide and help them take ownership of their choices and future.
What Our Mentoring Provides:
One-to-One Mentoring
Personalised support focused on trust, behaviour, goals and accountability. Sessions are tailored to each young person and designed to create practical progress.
Group Mentoring
Group sessions build communication, peer learning and healthy relationships while reinforcing accountability and positive behaviour choices.
Activity-Based Mentoring
Gym sessions, physical activity and community engagement are used to build confidence, discipline and emotional control through consistent participation.
Early Intervention Support
Early mentoring intervention to help prevent exclusion, crime involvement and disengagement from education or support systems.
Our Mentoring Approach
-
Relationship First
We prioritise building strong, trusting relationships before focusing on behaviour change. -

Lived Experience Matters
Our mentors bring real-life understanding, allowing young people to relate and engage on a deeper level. -
Challenge with Support
We don’t avoid difficult conversations. We challenge behaviours while providing the support needed to change. -
